17U Intensity Compete in Beast of the East Championships
The U17 girls finished their season by participating in the Beast of the East tournament in Pittsburgh this past weekend. As coaches we are proud to see how much the girls improved through out their season with LVC both individually and as a team.

Canadian National Bronze Medal for U16 Boys
First it was the Smashing Bananas/Sask 1, then Manitoba 3, Sask 5, Winnipeg's 204 and Markham Stingers, all falling to LVC's U16 Heat. At 5-0 with only one set lost, most teams would feel confident about moving to the quarter finals on day three of the Canadian National Volleyball Championships.

Strong Showing for London Boys at OVA Provincials
The LVC 17U Boys won a Bronze medal and the Club's 13U Heat team finished 5th after losing 15 - 13 in the third set to the eventual Silver Medalists.

FINAL TUNE-UP FOR PROVINCIALS
On Saturday the senior boys competed at the University of Waterloo in their final tuneup for the Provincials. The tournament gave coach Rabley an opportunity to get everyone game experience and finalize the team's preparation for the final stage of the season.

GIRLS BRING HOME THE BLING AT PROVINCIALS!
Improvement and development are the two most important words in the LVC coaching dictionary. So far the girls have proudly represented London winning a Gold, two Silver and a Bronze medal at the Provincial Championships.

U16 IGNITE GIRLS WIN SILVER AT PROVINCIALS!
It all started 7 months ago in October, 2013, when 12 girls and their coach met for the first time. We learned each other’s names and realized that some of us were playing volleyball for the first time! After only 4 weeks of practice, we had our first tournament and had surprising success.

Another Magical Day For The LVC Family!
When LVC first opened its doors at the 2012 tryouts, an athlete was overheard describing the experience as "Magical". This word has since been used many times over to describe the warm feeling generated by our athletes as they gather to celebrate their passion for volleyball and their Club.

18U Boys Keep Rolling
On Saturday the 18U Boys finished second in the Premier Division at RIM Park. In what Coach Rabley described as a "challenging coaching day", the team started transitioning from its two overaged players into its new look.
