OVA's "Tryout Window Policy"

With tryout season underway, we wanted to reach out with some clarification with regards to our 2016-2017 tryout timeline. We are fully adhering to the OVA's "Tryout Window Policy", and hope the timeline below helps you better understand the tryout process. We have also included the link to the OVA's Tryout Window Policy webpage below. Tryout Timeline

Sept 10th - 15th = Each team has at least TWO tryouts!

Sept 15th (11:00pm - 11:59pm) = Round #1 of "e-Offers" will be sent out. ALL athletes will receive notification from us between 11:00pm and 11:59pm (whether selected or not). ALL athletes are encouraged to continue attending ALL tryouts up until Sept 18th. "e-Offers" cannot be accepted until Sept 18th / 19th.

Sept 18th - 19th = OVA Signing Period #1! Any time on Sept 18th or 19th, athletes can accept or decline their e-Offer. ALL athletes are encouraged to continue attending tryouts to remain in consideration!

Sept 24th - 25th = OVA Signing Period #2! Any time on Sept 24th or 25th, athletes can accept or decline their e-Offer.
