LVC Developmental Programming

Where the first goal is having fun.

LVC's Sparks program is a learn-to-play volleyball program for girls and boys aged 5-9. This is the first step in a player’s volleyball career with an emphasis on the FUNdamentals of the game, stressing the importance of FUN in a non-competitive environment, all while improving the basics ABC’s of sport (agility, balance, coordination).

LVC's Feed the Fire program is a learn-to-train volleyball program for girls and boys aged 10-14+. This is where volleyball players start to learn more about skills and technical execution and how to be a better volleyball athlete, perhaps preparing to tryout for the competitive stream!

At our developmental programming, the game environment is modified to increase early success. No previous volleyball experience is necessary!

REGISTRATION FOR 2024-2025 SEASON WILL OPEN AUGUST 6th 2024! 

Athletes whom successfully make an LVC competitive team can be reimbursed for the fee for this program should they not want to participate in both programs.

THE 'CAUGHT FIRE' DISCOUNT
A discount in registration fees offered to athletes who register for both Sundays Feed the Fire training and Saturdays Fan the Flames league. Limited spots.
